Check with us your preferred dates, we will hold these dates provisionally for 3
days, make your own flight arrangements and then confirm your booking.
1. Contract:
By booking and sending the required deposit implies
acceptance of these terms and conditions for both you and all persons
named on the booking form. Confirmation of booking will be via e mail.
A booking only becomes definite after the company has accepted the booking and
issued a confirmation invoice. It is at this point that a contract exists between the
company and the client. The company or their agents reserve the right to decline
any booking at their discretion.
The client is responsible for the full cost of the holiday, including any amendment
or cancellation charges. The contract is governed by English law and you agree to
submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Payments:
A deposit of 20% of the holiday cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance
must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If the balance is not paid by the due
date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit. If you book
less than 6 weeks prior to departure date, the full amount is payable on booking.
In addition a £100 security deposit must be taken when the full balance is paid. This is for any damage, breakages or any additional cleaning costs during your stay. This security deposit will be refunded 1 week after you leave.
3. Prices:
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time prior to booking. However
once a confirmation has been issued the price of your holiday will not
change.
4. If you Cancel or change your booking:
We will try wherever possible to accommodate any alteration you may request after
booking, including change of start or finish date. An administration charge may
be payable.
If you cancel your holiday the client must inform us in writing by post or e-mail. A
cancellation will be effective from the date received.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 6 weeks prior to departure: Deposit.
4 - 6 weeks prior to departure: 60%
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure: 100% of holiday cost
5. If we cancel or change your booking:
If we have to cancel your holiday before your departure date, we will inform you as
soon as practically possible and offer you either alternative holiday dates or a full
and prompt refund of all monies paid.
We cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation where we are forced to
change or cancel your holiday due to Force Majeure.
Force majeure is material threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist
activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or similar
events beyond our control.
6. Our liability to you:
We accept responsibility for the proven acts or omissions of our staff, suppliers
and local agents whilst acting within the course of providing your holiday, except
where attributable to the fault of any member of your party, to an unconnected
third party or to an event which we or our supplier could not have foreseen.
7. Flights:
You are responsible for your own flights and the company accepts no liability for
delays etc.
8. Passports &, Visas:
All persons traveling should be in possession of a valid passport. Passports
should be valid for 6 months after your return date. No visas are required by British
passport holders.
9. Complaints:
In the rare event that you have a complaint, then the matter must be raised with
the local agent so that they have the opportunity to resolve it. Should the matter
not be resolved to your satisfaction a written complaint must be given to the local
agent and a copy sent within 28 days of your return.

11. Insurance:
You are advised to take out your own holiday / travel curtailment insurance.
